Meet our Ethiopia Guji (Uraga)

Grown by smallholders in the Uraga Woreda of the Guji zone from Ethiopia's native heirloom variety, this lot goes through an anaerobic natural process — the cherries ferment in sealed tanks before drying, intensifying the fruit that natural-process Ethiopians are known for. Expect blueberry and strawberry up front, tropical fruit through the middle, and a chocolate finish. We roast it for espresso to keep that fruit character loud in milk drinks and straight shots alike, and it is available now in our shop.
